DSLR Drive-by: Documenting Diliman Graffiti. Got a text msg from a former officemate saying that the senior artist of the old Questor office, Jess Matro, passed away after lingering illnesses. I was supposed to be early for the UPLSAA Web 2.0 lecture at the SLIS, but I had to clear my head. I did three passes around UP Diliman, DSLR (Canon 400D sometimes on auto, sometimes manual) in one hand, steering wheel in the other. Through the windshield and through the window shots so some didn't turn out well. Wish I had the 450D with live view. I plan to do this on foot in the future. This is for you, Bos Jess.

ReplyDeleteYung scary clown stencil at connected circle / blob figures thesis din kaya? Yung LOST tarsier with wings sa environmental animal rights group siguro? Yung Mao Tse Tung, Che Guevara at other stencils di ko nakunan, mabilis kasi takbo ko. Pati yung unggoy face ng mmda art pinagtripan ko. :D hehehe, man is the cruelest animal nga. :D Hinahanap ko yung mga luma na akrho (?), wala na akong makita. :(
