YouConverge (previously “YCIT – Youth Conference on IT”) is an annual project of the U.P. Information Technology Training Center and U.P. System Information Technology Foundation, Inc. that targets senior high school and college students, members of the academe, government workers in IT and other IT enthusiasts in the country. It is organized in the tradition of past events held on February each year, for the past five years.
