Found this via Az's blogpost.
The plan is to download Firefox 3 on the specified date to set a world record.
So... I followed the link trail from Az's post... and now...
"I pledge to get Firefox 3 during Download Day to set the Guinness World Record for Most Software Downloaded in 24 Hours."
