I got an email from Ms. Girly Udasco, Special Project Assistant, Office of Atty. Bernadette Juarez.
The email was basically for a fund raising activity of the UPAA-Law Batch '85, they have oblation statuettes available to UP alumni. Most of the content is paraphrased below.
The UPAA-Law Batch '85 commissioned National Artist Napoleon V. Abueva to reproduced Oblation statuettes as part of their 25th year anniversary slated for 2010. Each oblation statuette is 20 inches tall, 3.5 kilos, made of fiberglass and painted with antique bronze finish. This can be personalized by the owner by having his/her name on the included plate.
As part of the Chapter's Centennial Fundraising Campaign, these statuettes are only available and distributed by the Chapter and only limited stock are avaliable.
